    The hotel and room were very clean and there were a number of nice amenities such as a lovely pool and back deck by the Nile. The location is excellent with easy access to Luxor Temple. Friendly and helpful staff.

    The glass door to our deck did not close tightly and we ended up with mosquitoes in the room.

    Yes it was a beautiful hotel on the Nile River. It was pretty empty because of political situation in Egypt but we had no problems. The pool was great and plenty of chairs. Large breakfast buffet was included over looking the pool and river. Thank heavens the AC worked fine as it was 109 out one day.

    The hotel was great but outside you were hassled from guys trying to give you taxi, horse carriage rides or tours. You have to say no or la firmly and frequently.

    I loved the amenities that the hotel offered. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. The movie screen set up at night was wonderful. The food was delicious. The staff was very attentive. The variety of shops were plentiful.

    Overall, this was a nice hotel located right on the Nile River. The location was also good, close to resturants, ATM, shopping etc. We were so busy that we didn't spend much time in the room.

    The only real negative, and a big one for us, was their Wi-Fi did not work the whole time we were there. If that is not important to you, then this would be a very nice place to stay.

    The view of the Nile river from the room. The great breakfast spread every morning. The friendly staff who were very pleasant and helpful.

    The rooms were small. There was no coffee/tea making facility in the rooms.

    All service staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. We were constantly asked if all was well or if we needed/wanted anything. The facilities were very clean and there wasn't any construction going on anywhere in the hotel (was the case in our Cairo hotel). The breakfast buffet however was very ample and tasty.

    The food in the in-house restaurants was just so-so. The "sushi" in the Japanese restaurant (yes, we know....sushi in Egypt??) was the worst we've ever had (not fresh), though the service staff were excellent and the restaurant was spotless.

    Staff were friendly and flexible. Breakfast buffet was good with endless supply of fresh orange and grapefruit juice. Rooms were clean and comfortable and they put us in adjoining room as requested. Location of hotel was central with nearby supermarkets and it is within walking distance to the corniche and 10 minutes walk to Luxor temple. Dinner buffet was good for a fair price and prices given were all inclusive, so no surprises about extras. They have a big screen on a terrace overlooking the Nile with a new movie each night. Check in and check out were smooth.. I recommend it.

    May be the choice of tv channels were relatively limited. No shuttle buses provided by the hotel to and from airport.

    We had a wonderful week in Luxor, staying at this hotel with amazing views of the Nile. The pool area was fantastic for our kids, and the staff was accommodating, we enjoyed our family vacation. Room cleanliness was great!

    My kids wished for more evening entertainment options.

    Relaxing, clean place with well experienced and respectful staff from the first receptionist. Above average breakfast with great prices a wonderful food - pastries and eggs. Centrally located close to Luxor museum. Besides, easy access to Suraya Spa. Great choice for trip.
